Shipping policy

All orders are fully insured by us!

All orders placed before 3PM EST will be shipped same day. Orders placed after 2PM EST will be shipped on the next business day.

Orders $200+ will be shipped FOR FREE.

Orders under $200 will be charged a $9.99 fee.

We are not responsible for changes of address that we were not made aware of and we ship to the address provided at checkout on this website. It is your responsibility to make us aware of any address changes and in the event that there is a change AFTER a shipment is sent out, the buyer is responsible for all fees necessary to redirect and return packages. Unless otherwise noted, ALL CARDS will always ship!

We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as "delivered" and all of our customers are provided with tracking on every single order. At times, if we see multiple order in queue being shipped to the same address, we will combine the orders in the same package.
